Wrap up from last trimester

Last trimester we did some more fun team building challenges. We started in the library with a greeting to each other in the circle. We tossed a ball around the room until everyone had been greeted.

Then, we broke out into teams. Our goal: to make it across the library using only the carpet squares. The catch: there were fewer carpet squares than people, which meant we had to work together to share the squares and make sure everyone was safely on a square before we continued moving forward.

Some groups tried to challenge themselves by crossing greater distances at a time:

Or, going through narrow spaces:

Or, under obstacles!

We also had two great trips to the Flynn. One to see Black Angels Over Tuskegee, and another to see a one person performance of The Giver. Great times on team GRIT!
